Introduction
THIS agreement is made between Subscriber and Kosmos Newswire Private Limited, (Company no.U22100DL2013PTC260249, registered in India, with its registered office at 905, Tower A, Oasis Homes, Beta II, Greater Noida, India) (“Supplier”) WHEREAS, THE PARTIES FOR GOOD AND SUFFICIENT CONSIDERATION, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS
Agreement
“Agreement” shall mean any contract rider executed by “Customer” and accepted by Kosmos Newswire Private Limited or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“SciTech Brief”), and these standard terms and conditions which are incorporated by reference in such rider.
Service

Acceptance of terms
By subscribing to the website or accessing the website past the home page, the user agrees and consents to the acceptance of the terms of this agreement with Kosmos and will be liable for any breach or violation. Kosmos may in its discretion change the terms of the website from time to time and any change in terms shall be effective on its posting on the website.
Warranty
Each party warrants that it has the authority to enter into this agreement and to lawfully make the disclosures contemplated hereunder.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kosmos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to Kosmos from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use by you.
No resale of service
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Kosmos Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service, except as otherwise provided in any applicable agreements entered into between you and Kosmos.
Electronic Communications
When you visit scitechbriefs.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles or user’s actual state or country of residence, and any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. Kosmos may, however, proceed against the user in another domestic or foreign jurisdiction.
Termination
You agree that we, in our sole and absolute discretion, may terminate your use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use. We may also in our sole and absolute discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
